Sin #1: Protected Updates
Twitter is a social network. I am not sure that it could be more social than it already is. Yes, you have every right to protect your updates but that is like going to a party and closing yourself off in one room with only few of your closest friend. That might seem pretty comfortable and low risk, but what if in the next room with all the other people chatting is a love of your life, or a person that ends up signing up 120 reps in the 30 days that follow. Unless you’re truly not on there to socialize – open your doors to the world and yes, socialize!
Sin #2: No Pic
It does not matter if you’re blond or brunette, short or tall, big or small, pretty or not so pretty – in your head, what matters is that you’re real. Networking is a relationship business. No one likes to have a relationship with a picture of a shadow. People are looking for people they can connect with, that they can find commonalities with. In my talks with super-marketers I’ve heard many times over and over: they don’t even bother following people who don’t have a pic uploaded. Don’t miss out on the relationships that could potentially change your life – show yourself off!

Sin # 3: No Bio
Uuu…this is a good one. The bio is like your opening line when you meet someone. It needs to have a bit of a punch at first and end with something down to earth. For example: it should start of with something that makes you unique, that makes you stand out, that shows you off as a leader and a success in your arena, a bit of a superstardom. The last part needs to be something that shows that even though you are superstar in what you do, you’re still human, just like peeps looking at your profile. You put the pants on one leg at the time, just like they do. You’re approachable and just a tweet away.

Sin # 4: No Updates
Twitter is very much ‘pay-it-forward’ type of a deal. You have to engage in conversations, you have to contribute to the twitter audience, and you have to respond to those who seek you out. Again, it’s a social place. You have to be social. When someone is looking at your profile if they see no updates, chances are they

By the mid 1990’s Paul Orberson has achieved what most of us can only dream of. He has made $1 million dollars a month for 22 consecutive months. At his peak, Paul was sponsoring between 50-55,000 yes, thousand, reps a month in his downline deserving what would follow him for years to come: a title of best network marketer who earned the most money in the shortest amount of time in the history of the industry.
Paul did well, and as most us would do after that, he retired.
He spent next 4 years enjoying the life and the fruits of his hard work. But after a while, Paul felt a strong need to give back to the industry that had given him so much. So in 2001 he created a company that representatives could use to achieve the success.

1) Thinking that your top 3 people will always be your top 3 people.
Sooner or later you will get to the point that you will have probably some 3 people that are your top producers. You will find yourself spending most of your time with and consequently it will be where you will pour most of your efforts in. However, life happens. Your top produces may get ‘tired’ and quit, they may think the grass is greener in a different NM company…things will happen and you will turn around one day and they won’t be there. You can’t chain them to your downline, nor realistically should you. What you can do is to be prepared. Be prepared mentally that you will lose them at some point, and be prepared strategically by always recruiting the next three superstars.

I literally rubbed my shoulders with some super incredible people like:

Paul Orberson, one of the most successful network marketers ever to have participated in the industry – the first network marketer to have made $1million a month for 22 consecutive months, with some over 55,000 new reps joining his downline every month.

Also, Darren Hardy, Publisher & Editorial Director of Success Magazine, who embodies success: an entrepreneur since age 18, he was a self-made millionaire by 27.

Incredible…I just got back from a super powerful conference in San Antonio.
I got to meet and listen to an incredible entrepreneur Darren Hardy, Publisher & Editorial Director of Success Magazine, who embodies success: an entrepreneur since age 18, he was a self-made millionaire by 27.
Over the years he kept a journal with the greatest discoveries he found about achieving success through his life and through interviews of almost every super-entrepreneur known to us. He has some 30 books of secrets on the subject. And for our private group he reviewed and shared the few top ones.
I had a privilege to be in his presence and learn, and now I’m going to share it with my loyal readers.

There is a lot of buzz on the street lately about ‘Attraction Marketing’. There is also a huge lack of truly understanding it.
Here is what I’m talking about:
Attraction Marketing is about ‘attracting’ people to you. Creating the environment in which people see you as a leader, as a credible person, who they can trust, who they can connect with, and who they like and would like to work with.
Now let me level with you on something:
I get about 80-100 messages every day from people I do not know and I never gave permission to; about their opportunity that I’m not even looking for, that they want me to join, for reasons they think are valid…it’s out right ridiculous. You know what happens with all those emails? I delete them before I even open them.
